What you want to be called. A handle is fine.

Your handle on X, with or without the @.

A wallet you control. Not an exchange deposit address: those cannot receive anything sent on your behalf, and you would lose the place.

To help prevent duplicate applications, we record an IP-based country estimate, basic browser settings and a hashed browser fingerprint.

One application per address. Sending it again with the same address replaces nothing and adds nothing, so write it once and write it properly.
