Mine your first NFT

ETH2015 turns every contract deployed on Ethereum in 2015 into an NFT you get by redoing the proof of work of its block.

Pick an NFT

Three NFTs nobody has minted yet. Earlier ones are easier: mining difficulty rose through 2015.

Mine it

Enter the address the NFT should go to, like your main wallet, and press Mine.

Your browser mines on your graphics card. The first time, it prepares mining data and keeps it for next time.

Keep the tab visible and leave it: it keeps the screen awake, resumes by itself after the tab was hidden, and restarts after a GPU hiccup. Pause stops it; nothing is lost.
Mint it

When a solution is found, press Mint NFT. Any wallet can send it and pay the gas, so use one with little in it: the NFT goes to the address you mined for.

Your card is yours in full colour. Mine it again to level it up: each level-up adds a sparkle and has a 1 in 5 chance of turning it golden. If one does, claim it.
